Voice is a young, frail character who has a kind and gentle personality. However, he is nothing shy of doing what needs to be done if he knows what’s right. He likes to spend most of his time reading and will mostly choose books on information about the world itself and about its people, rather than the thrill or experience of adventure and fighting.

During his time at the shrine he lived at, he was training to be a shrine caretaker, assisting those who wish to pray and aid those who have lost their way and wished to find a new start or guidance towards that. After the shrine suffered an attack, Voice lost his home and worst of all, his sister Inaria, as they were separated at the time. He would spend a number of years in a small village, out of the way of civilization and outsiders. The villagers would take great care to ensure he was safe while he lived there after he explained his situation to them, and for being so young, who wouldn’t help.

In that time, he would also have cryptic messages sent out to various parts of the world in hopes that his sister would be able to solve them and locate him till, eventually, they would be reunited. However, this blissful dream and their heartwarming reunion, would lead them to their undoing as they were caught off guard and ambushed.

They captured Voice and brutally beat Inaria before finally cutting off her tail, making both of them awaken the virus powers within them. Voice then learned how to produce shields that are impenetrable beyond any belief, protecting himself and his sister from any further harm, but also being used against the enemies as a weapon. Voice doesn’t wish for much in his life or have any real dreams he wishes to accomplish, but all he wanted was to have his sister be happy and a family that is whole.
